Hi, I’m Rebecca Louise — fitness coach, mindset mentor, and yes... the girl who climbed Mount Everest.
And let me tell you — that summit was nothing compared to motherhood!
Seriously, 29,032 feet? Sure, it was tough. But motherhood? That’s waking up every two hours, healing a body that doesn’t feel like yours, and still trying to be a whole human while keeping a tiny one alive. At least on Everest, they give you a Sherpa!
In motherhood? You get a hospital bracelet, a swaddle, and a “good luck.”
Everest gave me sore legs. Motherhood gave me a full-blown identity crisis and a whole new kind of strength.
That’s why I created the Luna Bloom App — because this climb isn’t about pushing harder, it’s about having someone who gets it in your corner. Someone who knows when to say, “You’ve got this,” and when to say, “It’s okay to rest.”

A little bit about me
I’ve always believed in the power of showing up — not just for others, but for yourself.
At 22 years old, I packed up my life in the UK and moved to California to chase a dream of learning how to fly airplanes. I didn’t know anyone, but I had a vision and a whole lot of grit. That leap led to earning my green card, building a life I love in the U.S., and ultimately launching a global wellness brand that helps women feel strong, empowered, and unstoppable.
Over the past decade, I’ve coached millions of women through my YouTube workouts, podcast, live events, and my fitness app, BURN by Rebecca Louise. I’ve written a best-selling book (It Takes Grit), summited Mount Everest, and built a community of women who want more from their wellness journey than just a quick fix — they want purpose, power, and a plan.
When I got pregnant, I knew I wanted to create pregnancy workouts and a postpartum program — and that’s where Luna Bloom came in. But it’s become so much more than just workouts. I brought in the very experts I worked with through my own pregnancy — pelvic floor specialists, doulas, nutritionists, and more — so that every woman could have access to the same support, all in one place.
Because while I thought climbing Everest was tough, nothing could have prepared me for the journey of motherhood — especially after the rocky start we had with my son. That experience changed everything. And I knew I wanted to create a space where women feel informed, strong, supported, and seen.
I’m certified through NASM in personal training and pre & postnatal fitness, and I’ve completed yoga teacher training as well. But beyond the certifications, what drives me is helping women believe in themselves — through movement, through mindset, and through every season of life.
This is what I live for: helping you feel strong, inside and out — no matter where you are on your journey.
